Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader? Do you have your own factory?
A: We are a manufacturer, integrating self-developed, production and sale, with a production workshop of about 25,000+ square meters.
Q: Are the products developed by yourself?
A: Yes, we have a strong R & D team. Except the battery cells, all product ID design, R & D of solutions and inverters are completed by our own.
Q: Can you supply OEM & ODM service ?
A: Yes, but there is MOQ required.
Q: Does the energy storage system have intelligent management functions, and can it be remotely monitored and controlled?
A: You can monitor and manage the operating status of your energy storage system through your smartphone or other remote devices.
Q: How can I get the details of the energy storage products?
A: You can view the details page for each product. You can also click the “Support” at the top or bottom to obtain specification sheets or contact our sales team.
Q: What kind of certificates do you have?
A4: Most of our products have got CE, FCC ,UKCA and PSE certificates. Certification can also be made according to customers’ needs.
Q: What shipping methods do you support?
A We have long-term cooperation with freight forwarders, supporting air, sea, express or door-to-door pickup. Meanwhile, we also have overseas warehouses.
Q: Do you have certificates for batteries?
A: Our products have certificates for battery shipping : MSDS, UN38.3 and UL2743.
Q: Can your energy storage products be used with solar panels?
A: Sure, we also have solar panels for your options. You could order solar panels together with the power stations or buy solar panels separately.
Q: Can your product carry printers, computers, refrigerators, coffee machine, etc?
A: Generally speaking, yes. Please refer to the product manuals for details.
Q: What kind of cells do you use for your products?
A: Our cells are A-grade Lifepo4 cells of first-tier brands with quality guaranteed.
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Depending on the products, our product warranty period is 2-5 years.
